The muleky platform is operated by Malikio Inc. (Québec, Canada). The full, authoritative
version of these terms is currently maintained in French;
in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. A complete English translation is coming.
Key points:
- You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under your account, including delegated coach seats.
- You keep all rights to the content you upload and warrant that you hold the required consents — in particular parental consent for minor players appearing in data or videos.
- Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD) via Stripe and renew automatically; you may cancel anytime. The 30-day trial requires no credit card and includes a one-time allowance of 1,000 tokens (not renewed). Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.
- Tokens pay for AI features and video analysis. Each use of an AI feature is charged for the processing work actually consumed, at processing cost including our margin; the amount charged appears, request by request, in the history of the “Mes tokens” (My tokens) page. No tokens are charged for a request that delivers no result. Video analysis is billed on an estimate based on video length (10 tokens per started minute, minimum 50 tokens per analysis), charged at launch; uploading a video is free. If a video analysis fails for a technical reason on our side, the corresponding tokens are automatically refunded. Included tokens are granted monthly and roll over without expiry; token packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases.
- AI features provide suggestions, not professional advice; coaching decisions remain the coach's responsibility.
- Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable Canadian law.
