Postpone or cancel a game: the date follows through to the lineup and the game sheet, and muleky prepares the message to families. Copy it, send it by email or text message, then mark it as sent.

Frequently asked questions
My association already uses a scheduling tool. What does muleky add?
Import your association's schedule into muleky, then track attendance there: you mark each player present or absent for every practice and every game, parents confirm yes, no or maybe from the parent portal, and absent players are suggested for removal from the lineup. Team messaging and automatic reminders are not available in muleky yet.
How do parents access the portal?
You invite the parent from the player's profile. They receive a personal link; on their first visit from a device, they confirm their email with a 6-digit code. The parent portal is included in the paid plans.
Do parents see my notes?
Never. Meeting notes, practice notes and internal calendar notes stay private. Parents only see what you share.
Can I see the calendar on my phone?
Yes, in muleky on your phone, and also in your phone's calendar app through the iCal subscription.
