Your roster set up in minutes

Import your players from a CSV file or a screenshot of your team roster: muleky reads the names, numbers and positions, and leaves out the adult staff. You review everything before importing.

Stats and fitness tests, without retyping

Drop in a screenshot of your game stats (TPE) or of a fitness test report: the numbers are read and filed on each player's profile, and compared with your evaluations.

  • Game stats per player and team averages
  • Fitness tests and changes from one session to the next
  • Stats drawn from your own shot tracking

Injuries and return to play

Open a file when a player gets hurt: they are automatically taken out of the lineup. For a concussion, the screen follows the gradual return-to-play steps, with at least 24 hours per step and medical clearance before returning to contact. The screen records decisions; it makes none.

  • Injured player removed from the lineup
  • Return-to-play steps after a concussion
  • Expected return and “player recovered” for other injuries

Frequently asked questions

What are players evaluated on?
On four areas: technical (skating, shooting, passing, puck handling), tactical (reading the play, positioning, transitions, play without the puck), physical (speed, endurance, strength, agility) and mental (attitude, effort, leadership, team spirit). Goalies have their own criteria.
How often should I evaluate?
muleky suggests three windows: start of season, mid-season and end of season. The dashboard shows how many players are left to evaluate in the current window. You can evaluate more often if you wish.
Do parents see the evaluations?
Only what you choose to share in the parent portal (strengths, next steps, tips for home). Your private notes stay private.
Does muleky replace a doctor's opinion for a concussion?
No. The Injuries screen records the steps and the clearances, and keeps you from moving too fast. Medical decisions belong to the doctor and the parents.
Can I prepare a meeting with a player or their parents?
Yes. Schedule the meeting on the calendar, record it on the player's profile (held, private notes, follow-ups) and prepare a progress report with the document generator.
